What We Do NOT Provide

  • Professional educational consulting or tutoring
  • Psychological counseling or educational therapy
  • Guaranteed exam results or scores
  • Certified teaching or accredited courses
  • Real-time tutoring or homework help

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • • Must be 18+ for parent accounts
  • • Provide accurate information
  • • One account per person
  • • Verify email address

Security Duties

  • • Maintain password confidentiality
  • • Keep student PINs secure
  • • Report unauthorized access
  • • Update contact details

Usage Compliance

  • • Follow Australian laws
  • • Respect intellectual property
  • • No unauthorized access
  • • Report issues

Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to:

  • Violate any Australian Commonwealth or State laws
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Hack, breach, or compromise security
  • Upload malware or malicious code
  • Access other users' private information
  • Share student PINs with unauthorized parties
  • Use for commercial purposes without permission

Australian Consumer Law

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and Australian Consumer Law, you have rights that cannot be excluded:

  • Services provided with due care and skill
  • Services fit for purpose
  • Services delivered within reasonable time
  • Right to seek remedies for major failures
  • Protection against misleading conduct

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, EduTrackLearning shall not be liable for:

  • Exam results or academic performance
  • Educational outcomes or grade improvements
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Data loss or interruptions
  • Third-party service issues

Educational performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including student effort, study habits, and individual circumstances.
