- Guaranteed exam results or scores
- Certified teaching or accredited courses
- Real-time tutoring or homework help
User Accounts
Account Creation
- • Must be 18+ for parent accounts
- • Provide accurate information
- • One account per person
- • Verify email address
Security Duties
- • Maintain password confidentiality
- • Keep student PINs secure
- • Report unauthorized access
- • Update contact details
Usage Compliance
- • Follow Australian laws
- • Respect intellectual property
- • No unauthorized access
- • Report issues
Prohibited Uses
You expressly agree NOT to:
- Violate any Australian Commonwealth or State laws
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Hack, breach, or compromise security
- Upload malware or malicious code
- Access other users' private information
- Share student PINs with unauthorized parties
- Use for commercial purposes without permission
Australian Consumer Law
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and Australian Consumer Law, you have rights that cannot be excluded:
- Services provided with due care and skill
- Services fit for purpose
- Services delivered within reasonable time
- Right to seek remedies for major failures
- Protection against misleading conduct
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, EduTrackLearning shall not be liable for:
- Exam results or academic performance
- Educational outcomes or grade improvements
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Data loss or interruptions
- Third-party service issues
Educational performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including student effort, study habits, and individual circumstances.
